5th Global Science Conference on Climate Smart Agriculture: Transforming food systems under a changing climate

The biannual global science conferences on climate-smart (CSA) provide a global forum for scientific exchange to underpin CSA implementation.

The 2019 conference will build on the lessons from the previous conferences, with the overarching theme, ‘Transforming food systems under a changing climate’, and will be held for the first time in Asia.

The conference aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Mobilise the knowledge needed for food systems transformation under climate change
• Catalyse the partnerships needed for transformation, bringing together all key stakeholders, from scientists, policy makers, investors and farmers
