Women Deliver 2019 Conference
Women Deliver conferences are the world’s largest events on gender equality and the health, rights and well-being of girls and women. Speakers and attendants will discuss the general state of the world for girls and women.
This year’s conference sits under the theme ‘Power. Progress. Change’ and will analyse the politics of power in three dimensions: the individual’s power, structural power and the power of movements. Speakers include: Justin Trudeau, Canadian Prime Minister, Tarana Burke, founder of the #MeToo movement, and Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization.
