Activities toward this intervention involve developing a food waste–reduction toolkit and training programme, launching the toolkit and training at Compass Group clients’ food service locations and tracking and measuring the number of locations completing the training.

Description
This commitment is focused on the education and training of Compass Group food service and catering associates so they can better deliver healthy and sustainable meals to all our guests. We are focusing our training commitment in two areas:
1. Developing and launching a food waste–reduction toolkit and training programme in Compass Group locations.
2. Developing and conducting plant-forward culinary training for chefs and culinary associates.
