- Aim to foster resilient agricultural practices that increase productivity and production and progressively improve soil and land quality.

- Regulate the ownership and possession of rustic and productive land.

- Reengineering of the State Bank to serve the agricultural sector.

- Development of agricultural credits with reciprocal guarantees.

- Focused agricultural package delivery.

- Harvesting water for production.

- Reactivation and modernization of irrigation districts.

- Improve agricultural research for the development of nutrient-rich crops

- Encourage the production of fresh fruits, vegetables and veggies.

- Promotion and implementation of urban and peri-urban agriculture.

- Provide technical assistance to women to organize and promote their empowerment and economic autonomy.

- Promote the association of producers for the commercialization of their products.
