Description

Senegal is committed to maintaining nutrition as a development priority by ensuring a high-level institutional anchoring, involving all government actors, technical and financial partners, civil society organizations and the private sector. In particular, the objective is the retain the National Council for the Development of Nutrition (CNDN) within the Prime Minister's Office. To strengthen the impact of actions, evidence-based advocacy will be conducted with decision-makers to guide public policies and mobilize the necessary resources. At the same time, a special effort will be devoted to strengthening the capacities of all stakeholders to ensure effective, inclusive and sustainable advocacy for nutrition.
