Description
From 2025, the government will engage, through the National Agency for Food and Nutrition (ANAN), to establish and ensure the regular operation of intersectoral consultation and coordination frameworks essential to the monitoring of the activities of the National Food and Nutrition Policy (2024-2033). ANAN, which is responsible for steering the NAP, will organize quarterly national coordination sessions involving the multisectoral platform, composed of focal points from nutrition-contributing ministries, representatives of Technical and Financial Partners, civil society, academia and the private sector. The sessions of the consultation framework can contribute to the follow-up to the budgeted multisectoral strategic plan (2025-2028) currently under development.
