Description

The Namibia Ministry of Health and Social Services commits to have a fully functioning District Health Information System 2 (DHIS2) with a clearly defined and comprehensive nutrition services component (nutrition score card) for easy monitoring and utilization of routine nutrition data collected through the health system at community, district, regional and national levels by the end of 2022. Progress will be assessed using the District Health Information System and conducting monthly monitoring and evaluation meetings. NAD 500,000.00 have been secured by the government to cover the associated costs.
