Monitoring and Evaluation of Nutrition outcomes over 3 weeks, 3 months, 6 months interventions and 1 year post-intervention; Management of Anemia, Management of Overweight and Obesity, Blood Glucose Control, Blood Pressure Control and Breast milk feeding for 0-24 months for the 100 monthly app users.
