Commitment

Strengthening the Food and Nutrition System Information Portal

Government / Guinea

April 2025 — March 2028

Description

By 2028, the Prime Minister's Office, with the support of the member ministries of Comité National Multisectoriel du Système Alimentaire et Nutritionnel (CNMSAN), Expertise France, the Scale Up Nutrition (SUN) Movement, Global Efficience and technical and financial partners, is committed to strengthening the capacities of the multisectoral platform for the management of the Food and Nutrition System Information Portal (PISAN). This will be accomplished by revitalising CNMSAN to strengthen the coordination of stakeholders in the food and nutrition system, strengthening monitoring of sectoral departments’ activities implementation, designating sectoral department focal points for the administration of PISAN and mobilising resources for its operation. This evolution will be followed by a number of statutory meetings, which will increase from 4 in 2022 to 16 in 2028.
