Improvement of the nutritional quality of the French food supply
Description
The Ministries of Health and Food are committed to the implementation of collective reformulation agreements in mainland France and in the overseas territories for the main contributing sectors, towards a reduction in salt, sugar and saturated fatty acids and an increase in fibre content through voluntary progressive commitments by manufacturers.
