Description
AFD funds projects in different nutrition cross-cutting fields, such as agriculture; health; water, sanitation and hygiene; education; etc. France’s international strategy on food security, nutrition and sustainable agriculture sets the objective to attain, by 2024, 15% of all AFD commitments in eight priority countries in the fields of health, agriculture, and water, sanitation and hygiene, which will contribute to nutrition and will be in accordance with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development marker methodology.
