Description

Establishment of a guideline for implementing the Healthy Central Kitchen (HCK) for children in childcare centres and kindergartens. The aim of the HCK is to inculcate healthy eating practices from a young age to subsequently reduce the prevalence of the double burden of malnutrition later in life. The concept of the Healthy Central Kitchen is adapted from the Japanese Shokuiku concept.
