Implement the 10 Steps to Successful Breastfeeding as the standard of care in maternities and childcare facilities. Enhance enforcement of the Breastmilk Substitutes (Regulation and Control) Act, 2012, and sections 71 and 72 of the Health Act, 2017. Facilitate Kangaroo Mother Care for low-birth-weight infants.
