Reducing Processed Foods in School Menus
Description
Implement Resolution FNDE nº 3/2025 starting in 2025, requiring at least 80% of federal funds to be spent on natural or minimally processed foods (85% in 2026). Up to 15% may be used for processed and ultra-processed foods and 5% for culinary ingredients in 2025, with limits reduced to 10% and 5% in 2026. The “BB Gestão Ágil” system will ensure transparency in monitoring food purchases.
