Develop coordination structures for organics and indigenous based on existing systems within the first year
Description
Activities will include discussions with key partners to decide on systems and roles, documentation and stakeholder mapping, likely with Kumu.io or another online visual mapping tool, to capitalise on collaboration opportunities and address gaps.
The goal is to have this decided in the first year and to strengthen and adapt the system on an ongoing basis. This is based on community governance, democracy and other basic citizen systems that will likely have benefits for other topics as well.

During our lifetime, we will take part in open-source documentation of the availability and use of indigenous species and organic agricultural products in Malawi. We will measure the impact of both use and non-use. We will communicate progress and any results, tailoring these communications to various audiences.
