Develop coordination structures for organics and indigenous based on existing systems within the first year
Description
Discussions with key partners, deciding on systems and roles, documenting, and stakeholder mapping likely with Kumu.io or other online visual mapping to be able to capitalize on collaboration opportunities and address gaps.
The goal is to have this decided in the first year and strengthen and adapt the system on an ongoing basis. This is based on community governance, democracy, and other basic citizen systems that will likely have benefits for other topics as well.

During our lifetime we will take part in open source documentation of the availability and use of indigenous species and organic agriculture in Malawi and measure the impact for both the use and non-use. We will communicate progress and any results tailored to various audiences.
