Leverage Systems to Protect and Support Diets
Description
Building on collaboration with UNICEF through the Better Diets for Better Growth (2018–2022) project and beginning in 2023, Norway is supporting UNICEF’s thematic fund for nutrition. The support is earmarked to the countries in the Norwegian food security strategy – Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania and Uganda – and to two of UNICEF’s working areas in nutrition, early childhood prevention and adolescence, reaching especially girls and young women. Children with disabilities are also targeted.
