Description

The Government of the Central African Republic and its technical and financial partners are committed to investing $253,079,101 over a period of 2025-2029 through a multisectoral strategic plan for food security and nutrition focused on reducing child and maternal malnutrition, improving access to nutritious and diversified foods, nutrition education and behavior change, the development of a national food safety system, the integrated school feeding programme, governance and multisectoral coordination. The commitment includes budgets and delivery partners. Progress will be assessed annually followed by a mid-term review in 2027 to assess impact and reallocate resources as necessary.
