Description

Interventions will include:

• Encouraging Japan’s private sector to use its strengths and technologies to improve nutrition.

• Creating a network of representatives from around the world who are interested in and passionate about improving nutrition, led by the Japanese Parliamentarians Group for International Maternal and Child Nutrition Improvement.

• Encouraging the Japanese government to contribute ¥100 billion to global improvement of nutrition, including for provision of safe water, sanitation and hygiene services.
