Commitment

Accelerate Cross-Country Learning to Strengthen Civil Society Leadership for Nutrition

Civil society organisation / United Kingdom

July 2025 — June 2028

Description

By 2028, the SUN Civil Society Network (CSN) will facilitate at least 12 documented peer-to-peer learning exchanges (virtual or in-person) between national civil society alliances (CSAs), with key insights and outcomes shared through SUN CSN communication platforms. These exchanges will aim to enhance learning, foster cross-country collaboration, and support CSAs in advancing national nutrition plans. As a result, at least 20 CSAs will have translated learnings from other Network members’ projects and practices into influencing policy and advocacy in their own contexts.

Key activities:

• Organise regular regional meetings based on member-identified capacity needs.

• Facilitate at least one in-person learning visit as part of the Global Flagship Learning Programme.

• Continue to convene regional and global virtual fora to share good practices and lessons learned.
