Sustained Efforts to Integrate Nutrition into Health Programs

The Global Fund recognizes the critical role of nutrition in the fight against HIV, TB, and malaria and is committed to continue its efforts to support, when possible and based on the needs of fragile context, the integration of essential nutrition-related needs into health programs to enhance treatment effectiveness and improve health outcomes particularly for the most vulnerable populations. The Global Fund supports a coordinated approach among all stakeholders to tackle malnutrition and its impact on health systems.
