Description
•Create a regional advocacy strategy with all 19 member countries of our regional network, define messages adapted for each target and identify specific activities and best tactics.
• Organise lobby meetings, webinars, fora and workshops.
• Actively participate in official meetings of ECOWAS, ECCAS and AU to advocate for nutrition.
• Disseminate messages on social media.
• Produce an annual report on the success/failure/challenges of reaching the commitment.

Description
1. Create an online advocacy platform by 2023 that displays regional governments’ nutrition commitments and progress made to promote mutual accountability based on evidence.
2. Advocate to regional bodies (African Union, Economic Community of West African States, Economic Community of Central African States, African Development Bank and others) to support countries for the development and implementation of nutrition multisectoral policies and programmes by providing adequate funding by 2025.
3. By 2025, strengthen the capacities of 1,000 civil society organisations to raise citizen voices at the local level to support and promote nutrition.
