Indicator monitor Madagascar has a national monitoring and evaluation plan relating to the National Nutrition Policy framework documents and the National Multisectoral Nutrition Action Plan. A National SE Committee which meets twice a year as well as a Regional SE Group per region which meets quarterly are in place. Madagascar will introduce the real-time routine digital information system from 2021 with the support of stakeholders. At the date of writing, March 22th 2023, we have finalised the needs evaluation and the implementation of the technical implementing group. We are now on the stage of finalizing the operational plan. The next steps should be the implementation of this operational plan.
