Goal action plan

Through interdisciplinary care, the team of professionals at local offices provides individual, group or home visit care. For children who have been identified as having growth or development problems, or who are living in situations of psychosocial risk. An interdisciplinary care procedure for children with malnutrition must be implemented, identifying each case based on its degree of priority. This prioritization is determined by the child’s nutritional status, their developmental level and the family environment in which the child lives and is being raised,

Progress

Indicator

Primary indicator Number Of Cases Of Malnutrition Detected By Cen-Cinai Services That Show Improvement In Their State Of Nutrition
Indicator monitor The treatment and follow-up of children under five with malnutrition will be measured annually using criteria which will include the number of children newly identified as suffering from malnutrition, or who remain in this situation each year, out of the number of children who improve their state of nutrition. This will involve the use of the follow-up data recorded by field office professionals, from their tools for annually monitoring malnourished children.
