Goal

By 2024, the Government of Ghana will increase maternity leave to 14 weeks to be implemented across all sectors of the economy and complete national multi-stakeholder discussions on the "Who Pays Principle" to extend it further to a minimum of 18 weeks led by the Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations.
