Targeted location National - Malawi is organized by small blocks of a few hundred homes in a cascading system. Coverage will phase in from where people are already working on these issues, then scaling out.

Goal action plan

Discussions with key partners, deciding on systems and roles, documenting, and stakeholder mapping likely with Kumu.io or other online visual mapping to be able to capitalize on collaboration opportunities and address gaps.

The goal is to have this decided in the first year and strengthen and adapt the system on an ongoing basis. This is based on community governance, democracy, and other basic citizen systems that will likely have benefits for other topics as well.
