Goal action plan
A Technical Advisory Group (TAG) will be formed of relevant WHO staff and key external partners to agree on the process for developing the action plan, its scope, and for advice on all stages of its development. Situation analyses will be conducted to inform critical areas for which the action plan will cover and working groups formed for the development of a GAP framework. Regional meetings will be held to present and gather feedback on the framework prior to its finalization. A model roadmap will then be developed for adaptation to local country contexts.
