Goal action plan

We will distribute a total of 50,000 copies of the "ARIGATO Recipe Collection" to thank for the cowork of local residents and partners. Our action plan is as follows:1) We will use the opportunity of national seminars and visits to local communities to publicize the learning from the eight and a half years of reconstruction support projects in Tohoku and the results of the third-party evaluation. We will raise awareness of the fact that through fun and tasty participatory cooking classes, people can improve their diets, connect with others, and revitalize their local communities.2) The "ARIGATO Recipe Collection" book is a compilation of the know-how gained over the eight and a half years of the project in Tohoku, including three years' worth of monthly menu recipes, nutritional information including low-sodium recipes, useful information for those who are not familiar with cooking, and information necessary for running cooking classes. The booklet will be distributed to municipalities, dietary advocates, and other community-based support groups that use food as a tool.3) The use of this booklet in the community by support groups will help to reduce mental and physical health risks, extend healthy life spans and revitalize communities.
