Increase percentage (%) of children, birth to 12 months, with complete immunization (as required by end of 14th week; as required by end of 12 months). Targeted Nutrition-specific interventions directly address the immediate causes of malnutrition which are basically due to poor diet and health status--which includes status of child immunization.
