Goal action plan

Mali's policy framework recognises the importance of strengthening multi-sectoral food systems. Since 2013, Mali has had an Agricultural Development Policy and a National Nutrition Policy supported by multi-year action plans whose objective is to ensure a satisfactory nutritional status for all Malians. This was bolstered by the adoption (in 2019) of a National Food Security and Nutrition Policy (PolNSAN) for 2020 to 2024.
