Goal action plan

CARE supports women's dietary diversity through multi-sectoral interventions that increase both supply and demand of diverse, nutritious foods. To this end, we will with partners in agriculture and other relevant areas to employ market-based approaches to increase local production of nutritious foods, which will increase access to and availability of a diverse supply of nutrient-rich foods. We will also work with health and nutrition partners to improve women's nutrition knowledge, dietary practices, and decision-making over household food purchases and consumption.
