Primary indicator Prevalence (%) Of Wasting Among Young Children 2-4 Years Old In Cdcs And Snps
Indicator monitor The weight and height of children beneficiaries will be measured prior to the feeding and monthly thereafter. The nutritional report will be submitted quarterly to the DSWD Central Office and will be assessed after 120 feeding days.
