Goal action plan

Knowledge and skills are determined using Head, Hand, and Heart scores. Head score will be tested from core knowlege of frontline health workers using proctored online assessment that enables fair assessments. The bank questions for this assessment are developed and curated with professional organizations and frontline workers supervisors. Hand score will be assessed based key indicators such as ontime submission from FHWs, care completeness and so on that will be given feedback to FHWs in a routine basis, for example biweekly, to improve care for beneficiaries. Heart score will be assessed based on the timely referral for high risk pregnant women.
