Goal action plan

• To carry out a Rapid Participatory diagnosis of the nutritional situation of the identity communities. In this diagnosis, actions are considered in which traditional knowledge and good indigenous feeding practices are recovered; Based on this data, the produces in the greenhouses / nurseries of the different communities will be selected.

• To Prepare work plans with local organizations. The work plan with the community will define the actions for the implementation of the greenhouses, the available land, the materials to be used, the type of construction, the implementation schedule and the budget details.

Indicator monitor Project monitoring will be carried out on a regular basis, through interviews between those responsible for the project in the organization and the assigned FILAC staff. The monitoring meetings consist of two parts: a technical and an administrative, in order to monitor the indicators. A WhatsApp group will be created in which all those responsible for the project will participate, they will be invited to share the progress made on a monthly basis, through photographs, videos or other means that they consider appropriate. This, in addition to motivating communication, will allow the exchange of suggestions between the different projects.
