-Enhancing Capacity of Caregivers to ensure optimal nutrition in the first 1000 days of life

-Enhancing Provision of Quality Health Services to prevent and manage nutrition related diseases and micronutrient deficiencies

-Improving capacity to address food and nutrition insecurity problems as well as provide a conducive macroeconomic environment for improved nutrition status

-Raising Awareness of the Problem of Malnutrition through activities that will promote positive behaviour change and lifestyle through advocacy, communication and social mobilization

-Ensuring budget allocation, timely release and utilization as well as strengthening the coordination capacity of the institutions and personnel responsible for policy and programme coordination
